Shipping Policy

Skinexx uses USPS for all shipments within the U.S.

All orders will generally ship within 2-3 business day from the day of order placement.

Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

All delivery times are based on business days.

Delivery address

We do not ship to PO Boxes or Freight Forwarders.
We do not ship to customers outside the continental U.S., AK, CA and HI.
Delivery address cannot be changed after order has already placed.

Shipping Cost

Standard US Shipping: Arrives within 5-7 business days. $25 Flat rate for orders under $300* (Qualifier may change during specific promotions)

Return & Exchange Policy

Skinexx return policy

All products in unopened, unused retail sizes may be returned within 30 days of initial purchase for a full refund of amount paid, if accompanied by a Return Management Authorization (RMA) number issued by the Customer Care. All shipping charges related to the approved return are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees paid on initial purchase are not eligible for refunds.

Your shipment arrived and it is damaged

Please send us email: skinexx.pro@gmail.com with picture of damaged item: and we will assist you with your replacement.

Skinexx does not accept returns or exchanges for items not purchased through Skinexx.com directly.

All returns must be sent to the attention of the RMA Department, with the RMA number written on the outside of the box and mailed to:
