    Please click on the product page. On the product description page, there are suggested skin conditions/types that will benefit the most from this product.
  • Where can I find lists of ingredients?
    Full ingredients list for each product can be found under "Ingredients" tab on any individual product page.
  • What ingredients Skinexx does not use?
    In Skinexx products we do not use: Parabens Synthetic Dyes Fragrance Mineral Oil Sulfates

  • Payment methods
    We accept all major credit/ debit cards
  • Where does Skinexx ship product?
    We ship only withing the U.S continent, excluding AK and HI
  • What is the shipping policy?
    Skinexx uses USPS for all shipments within the U.S. All orders will generally ship within 2-3 business day from the day of order placement. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. All delivery times are based on business days. Delivery address We do not ship to PO Boxes or Freight Forwarders. We do not ship to customers outside the continental U.S., AK and HI. Delivery address cannot be change after order has already placed.
  • How much is shipping cost?
    $5 Flat rate for orders under $100 Free Shipping for order of $100
  • What is Skinexx return policy?
    All products in unopened, unused retail sizes may be returned within 30 days of initial purchase for a full refund of amount paid, if accompanied by a Return Management Authorization (RMA) number issued by the Customer Care support@skinexx.com . All shipping charges related to the approved return are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees paid on initial purchase are not eligible for refunds.
  • What should I do if my product arrived damaged?
    Please contact us via email, attach a picture of the damaged item. We will assist you in replacement as soon as possible. support@skinexx.com
